This savory jam tastes great on hot dogs, hamburgers, bagels and more
Ingredients
1½ lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled (save about half of the drippings to use in the mix too)
2 medium yellow onions, diced
3 garlic cloves, finely minced
½ C. apple cider vinegar
½ C. brown sugar
¼ C. maple syrup
¾ C. coffee
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a slow cooker on low for 6-8 hours until sauce turns to a nice syrupy consistency. Chop to desired consistency before serving.
